Words. Music. Comedy. Drama.

For those of you not in the know, I recently completed my first full triathlon, or in layman’s terms, an Ironman. (Ironman is actually a registered trademark, and my race was generic, but it was, like any of the trademarked races, a 2.4 swim, 112 mile bike, and a marathon.)

Now that I’m back in the swing of things, I’m trying to get back out and at ’em. You can come see me try out a few jokes this Saturday at the Creative Fete at 8PM, at Michael Woolson Studio (8801 Cashio St Los Angeles, CA 90035). It’s a great open mic with beer, refreshments and a donation box… if you have material you want to do yourself, it’s a good place to come (though slots fill up fast, so get there promptly.)

In the meantime, you can hear my full race report on my triathlon blog (where there is also a great pancake recipe from my childhood.) I’m in the midst of a new flurry of activity– though none of it paid– oh acting!– so hopefully there will be a whole bunch of new, fun stuff to look at soon.
